1. Wash your face with your favorite cleanser
2. Dry your face with a clean towel
3. Open enclosed sachets
4. mix the powder & hydrogen enriched water contents in the included bowl or use your own
5. Stir the mixture until it is smooth
6. Apply the mask to your face
7. Relax for 20 minutes
8. Peel and/or Rinse the mask from your face
9. Dry your face with a clean towel
10. Moisturize your face with your favorite lotion
11. Ready to face the world
CAUTION: Avoid using on blemishes, pimples and irritated or sunburned skin. Stop using and ask a doctor if skin becomes red, swollen and itchy during use and conditions persist after use.
